 1 April Fools’ Cake, Salad  2 Santa Fe Chicken Packets, Salad (Can assemble ahead of time and freeze.  I cook mine in the oven.)  3 Taco Bake, Beans, Corn (This is a family fav)  4 Cheesy Chicken Ranch Lasagna, Salad  5 Baked Penne  with Sausage and Creamy Ricotta, Salad, Garlic Bread 6 Salmon, Spinach and Potatoes Baked in Parchment 7
Oyster Poor Boy, french fries, coleslaw (since I can’t buy this where I live, I can at least cook it!)
8 Easter
Breakfast: Hot Cross BunsDinner: Deviled Eggs,Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary, Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes. Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce, Haroset,  Matzah, Glazed Dijon Carrots, Carrot Cake3/8 cup=6 T.
