 31  Go out to eat. We went to Cracker Barrel.  Have a listen to Cracker Barrel radio.I bought the cutest scrub brush from here.  I will have to post it later. 1 Molly’s Chicken, Rice, Fresh green beans, red potatoes 2 Slow Cooker Pulled Pork, or try Slow Cooker Beef Pulled SandwichesGourmet Potato Salad (The best potato salad if I do say so myself!!), Slices of watermelon 3 Parmesan Tilapia, Salad, Garlic Bread (I bought the fish at Sam’s already prepared.) Hmm…may fix wilted lettuce salad from my Walk Down Memory Lane post.  Will post recipe later. 4 Salisbury Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Corn on the Cob 5  Taco Bar (put together your own tacos and toppings) 6  Beans and Cornbread (put any leftover meat from Tuesday into beans)
7 Sunday Chicken Supper, Dinner Rolls 8 Fried Fish (crappie from fishing), fresh corn on the cob, red potatoes 9 Tomato Gazpacho with Prosciutto Mozzarella Sandwiches 10 Mexican Skillet Spaghetti, Salad 11 Pigs in a Blanket, Beans, Corn 12 Breakfast for Dinner!! 13  Pizza
14 Grilled Chicken and Sausage, Baked Potato, Corn on the Cob 15 Biscuit Taco Casserole, Salad 16 Marinara Sauce with Spaghetti, Salad, Garlic Bread 17 BBQ Beef Biscuit Bake, Salad or Fresh Fruit 18 Poached Eggs in Salsa, Tortillas, Sliced avocados 19 Beef Orzo Skillet, Salad 20 Bubble Up Pizza
21 Skillet Rib Eye Steaks with Broiled Peppers and Cheese and Broccoli 22 Three-Cheese Skillet Lasagna, Salad, Garlic Bread 23 Shrimp Jambalaya, Salad 24 Cornbread and Beef Skillet Pie, Green Beans, Corn on the Cob 25 Chipotle Chicken and Rice, Pinto Beans 26 Braised Pork and Cabbage, Salad 27 Leftovers (clean out the frig)
28 Chicken Fried Steak with Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Marinated Tomato Salad (LOL, wonder what made me want to cook this!) 29 Cajun Shrimp and Rice, Salad 30 Simple Perfect Enchiladas, Pressure Cooker Beans, Corn on the Cob 31 Chicken and Rice Casserole, Salad

  2. looks very tasty! The Sunday Chicken Supper looks great! I might have to try that in the near future! Does it yield a lot of leftovers?

    1. The Sunday Chicken Supper can yield quite a bit of leftovers depending on how many people you are feeding and if any of them are teenagers! This recipe will generally serve 4 people. At my house there will be very little leftovers. 🙂
