3: Penne with Creamy Pumpkin Sauce, Green Salad, Bread
4: King Ranch Chicken, (make half & freeze half) Beans, Corn
5: Penne with Chicken Thighs, This would also be good to cook in the crockpot! green salad
6: Fish,Macaroni and Cheese, Peas (I will either buy the frozen breaded fish or thaw out some Crappie and fry it up.)
7: Chicken Rotel, Green Salad
8: Breakfast for Dinner!!
9: Go out to eat or eat leftovers
11: Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Peas
12: Crockpot Spaghetti, Salad, Garlic Bread (I used leftover meatloaf in the spaghetti.)
13: Broccoli Cheese Soup and sourdough bread (add garlic to the soup recipe!!)
15: Chili and cornbread (I use Wick Fowlers 2 alarm chili)
16: Chicken with Paprika Sauce, green salad
17: Tortilla soup,crusty bread
18: Pork Roast with Apples and Onions and mashed potatoes (no wild rice as it is too expensive)
19: Pork Roast Sandwich and Chips
20: Soak beans for Wednesday. Eat up all leftovers in frig and clean it out to get ready for T-day!!
22: Thanksgiving Menu and Recipes!! OK, I pretty much use the same menu for Thanksgiving year after year. However, I only cook these recipes once a year and my family always looks forward to it! I am making Freezable Mashed Potatoes (this recipe is very similar to the original one that I posted), Pumpkin Pies, Pecan Pies, Sweet Potato Casserole and Dinner Rolls (This is not Pioneer Woman’s recipe!! It is much easier!) ahead of time. They are all freezable.
24: Pumpkin Enchiladas (Use turkey meat instead of chicken), Spanish Rice, Black Beans
25: Scandinavian Dilled Pot Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Dinner Rolls
26: Roast Beef Sandwiches, Potato Chips
28: Breakfast for Dinner!!
29: Chicken/Turkey Enchiladas Au Gratin, Corn, Beans
30: Chili and cornbread (I use Wick Fowlers 2 alarm chili) I think my family could eat this everyday!
